Your Role at blithequark
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolve Complex Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues.
- Assist Policy Holders: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and assist with policy changes requested.
- Support Policy Holders' Needs: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holders' needs.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
- Age: Be at least 18 years old.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 words per minute.
- Education: High School Graduate or GED.
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems, and ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 25.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
