Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Upselling when required

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience from home, we require:

  • Internet connection with a minimum download rate of 12.0 Mbps
  • Internet connection with a minimum upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed
  • Clean and quiet workspace
