Job Summary
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in leading our customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences for our patients and customers. You'll be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, including analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, provider teams, and other business partners, to drive business results and improve customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including daily stats and schedule adherence, to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with constituents and internal business partners to maintain excellent lines of communication and share resources to meet common service center objectives
- Remove barriers to job performance and ensure regulatory compliance
- Attract, select, and retain high-caliber, diverse talent able to successfully achieve or exceed business goals
- Build a cohesive team that works well together, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Essential Qualifications
* 3-5 years of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a highly transactional organization, with a focus on customer service and team leadership
- 1+ years of data analysis experience working in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create charts and pivot tables from raw data
- High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a router located in a place where you can set up and work with a direct connection (not Wi-Fi)
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and QuickBase
- Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results and improving processes
- LEAN Six Sigma methodology and experience, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Base salary: $40,600.00 - $75,000.00 per year
- Bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program
