Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Home-Based (French/English) to work with our clients and provide exceptional customer experiences. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Home-Based (French/English), you will work from home and interface with clients via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the internet. You will provide customer service support and resolve common issues and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the client's preferred language
  • Assist clients in resolving basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A calm and distraction-free home environment for working
  • Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/ hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Fluent in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a home-based customer service role
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with technology products and services
