About the Sales Closer Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Closer to join our team and help us increase revenue by enrolling students into our IT career training programs. As a Sales Closer, you'll be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new students into our training program, as well as assisting with defaulted payments, withdrawal requests, and supporting the Student Success team as needed. This is a full-time, virtual role, which means you can work from anywhere and be part of a dynamic team located throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential students through outbound and inbound calls, using your exceptional communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Enrolling: Conduct calls via Zoom and enroll students into our training program within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Consultative Selling: Address objections and emphasize the significant return on investment (ROI) for our students, ensuring high conversion rates and a strong sales pipeline.
  • Nurturing: Track your pipeline of people who didn't enroll on the first call, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement to maximize conversion rates.
  • Defaults, Refunds, and Student Support: Assist students and internal NGT Academy teams as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • While prior sales experience is beneficial, we're open to considering candidates with little sales experience who possess the right attitude, skills, and drive.

The Pay & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Commission-only structure, with the potential to earn between $10,000 and $20,000 per month, depending on your performance.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance bonuses to recognize and reward your achievements.
  • Remote work flexibility, saving you thousands of dollars in commuting costs and allowing you to work from anywhere.
