Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with customers. As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll utilize your strong communication skills to identify and resolve complaints, address questions and concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with customers, responding to varying degrees of questions or concerns
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer orientation, empathetic, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
