Job Summary

As a Customer Service / Tax Preparation Representative - Seasonal working from home, you'll provide exceptional customer experiences by delivering inbound customer support, helping customers prepare their tax returns, tracking and documenting information in databases, offering additional products and services, and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound customer support to clients via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with tax preparation, including data entry, document review, and issue resolution
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer interactions
• Offer additional products and services to customers, promoting a positive customer experience
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service / Tax Preparation Representative - Seasonal at Concentrix Webhelp, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience
