As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to various business stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system configuration, coordination, and maintenance of HRIS systems, including SAP/EC.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for new data elements and releases, and document and analyze test results.
  • Provide customer support to end-users through system configuration and recommendations to enhance user experience.
  • Research and approve system access based on security protocols and guidelines.
  • Guide troubleshooting of systems and coordinate implementation and releases.
  • Develop system and process documentation to support communication of new processes or implementations and user training.
  • Partner with various business stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Perform routine data quality checks to identify data issues and report them to HRIS Management.
  • Consult with end-users on basic to mid-level reporting solutions and determine how data can be used to support business decisions.
  • Design and execute standard and ad-hoc reports to retrieve data from multiple sources and systems.
  • Analyze and compare historical HR data from multiple systems and make recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Provide support on projects and lead and implement a segment of a larger HRIS project, including testing and documentation.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least three years of experience working with HR data, financial analysis, data integrity, and data administration.
  • Experience configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, such as SAP/EC.
  • Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive business outcomes and identify solutions.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including using SUM function, setting borders, creating charts, and sorting data.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within the country and outside the country).

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as a candidate, you should have:

  • Experience using SQL or other query-writing applications, such as Business Objects, Cognos, or Crystal Reports.
  • Experience with time management skills, including prioritizing and organizing multiple initiatives with varying completion dates.
  • Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals.
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience gathering requirements, developing solutions, and integrating cross-functional system solutions.
  • Experience supporting HRIS systems, including SAP Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll, learning management systems, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures associated with areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training.
  • Basic-level skills in Microsoft Access, including creating and editing forms, reports, and queries.
  • Basic-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and editing presentations.
  • Basic-level skills in Microsoft Word, including creating and editing documents.
