About the Role

As an Entry Level IT Support Role, you'll be part of a warm, friendly, and forward-thinking team responsible for supporting all aspects of IT Infrastructure. Your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders. You'll be meticulous and patient in your approach, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for living and breathing our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software issues.
• Helpdesk Management: Ensure help desk tickets are logged, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
• User Management: Administer applications for user accounts.
• Web Support: Assist customers with technical web-related queries.
• Security and Compliance: Manage malware and attacks, password security, infrastructure security, cryptography, security vulnerabilities, and other related tasks.

Training and Development

The Person We're Looking For

We're looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in IT Infrastructure. You'll need to have the right to live and work in the UK, be based within the West Midlands, and be over the age of 19. While prior technical knowledge is not required, you'll need to demonstrate a passion for learning and development, as well as a natural fit with our core values.
