Job Summary

We're seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to join our team! As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service to our customers. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently to provide personalized service
• Contribute to a fun team atmosphere by maintaining a positive and supportive attitude
• Master products, services, and company knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
• Perform automotive preventive maintenance tasks, including changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

How You'll Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

• Be friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team
• Have an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
• English/Spanish speaking bilinguals are preferred, but English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required
