About the Role

As a Mental Well-being Advocate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the physical and behavioral health of our members. You'll utilize your advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to facilitate effective care planning, coordinate with providers, and connect members with essential resources. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with neurodiverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of member needs and determine the best approach to case resolution
• Apply clinical judgment to develop strategies that reduce risk factors and address complex clinical indicators
• Perform crisis intervention and provide follow-up support to members experiencing behavioral health or medical crises
• Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes
• Utilize clinical tools and data review to inform care planning and decision-making

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A valid, unrestricted professional behavioral health clinical license (LPC, LP, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, or Clinical Psychologist)
• 3+ years of direct clinical practice experience post-master's degree
• 2+ years of care management experience working with neurodivergent populations
• 2+ years of experience treating mental health and substance abuse disorders
• A master's degree in a behavioral health field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application:

• Experience with Motivational Interviewing
• Strong technological skills
