Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our remote operations and team of customer support advisors. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of advisors who handle customer calls and messages, providing training and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service. You'll also be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to increase efficiency, and implementing process changes to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer support advisors, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance advisor skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to advisors to drive improvement
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, including call monitoring and feedback sessions
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency
  • Implement process changes to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to address employee issues and develop solutions
  • Interview and recommend candidates for hire
  • Respond to escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to think logically in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to close performance gaps and drive improvement
  • Ability to navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely and constructive feedback in a high-pressure environment
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent customer-facing and management experience
