Job Summary

As a full stack data analyst at Walgreens, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data analysis solutions to support our clinical research and virtual assistance programs. You will work closely with our clinical research team to develop and implement data analysis plans, collect and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our data analysis tools and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of our data analysis solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement data analysis solutions to support our clinical research and virtual assistance programs * Develop and implement data analysis plans, collect and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions * Maintain and improve our data analysis tools and processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of our data analysis solutions * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business decisions * Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends and patterns in data * Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data * Collaborate with our clinical research team to develop and implement data analysis plans * Provide training and support to our clinical research team on data analysis and visualization tools and techniques

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on clinical research and virtual assistance * Strong background in statistical analysis and modeling, including experience with regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx * Strong programming skills, including experience with languages such as R, Python, or SQL * Experience with data management and quality control processes * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * PhD in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * Experience with clinical research and virtual assistance, including experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical data standards * Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques, including experience with algorithms such as decision trees, clustering, and neural networks * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Spotfire or QlikView * Experience with data quality control processes, including experience with data validation and data cleaning * Experience with data governance and data management processes, including experience with data standards and data quality metrics

Skills and Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data analysis concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong programming skills, including experience with languages such as R, Python, or SQL * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx * Experience with data management and quality control processes * Strong understanding of clinical research and virtual assistance, including experience with EHRs and clinical data standards * Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques, including experience with algorithms such as decision trees, clustering, and neural networks
