Job Description

As a Customer Support Assistant at The Elite Job, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our services. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via email, chat, and phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions: You will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, and assisting customers in making informed decisions about their purchases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and using this information to improve our customer support processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes: You will work closely with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our customer support processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Canadian residency and eligibility to work in Canada: You must be a Canadian resident and eligible to work in Canada to be considered for this position.
