About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Wealth and Investment Management division. As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with their financial needs and providing exceptional customer service. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Work in a contact center environment to support financial products and services * Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide suggestions to resolve internal and external client issues * Perform moderately complex customer care tasks * Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them * Advocate for advanced services such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online signature capture, and other digital opportunities * Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client issues and provide a seamless customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows and applications, and use search tools to find information * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues * Ability to analyze and implement digital enhancements to provide a better customer experience * Business industry experience * Knowledge of investment terminology * Contact center experience * A BS/BA degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience handling complex transactions and performing in-depth analysis to resolve complex client requests * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Experience with digital platforms and tools * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
