About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our remote customer support team, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of advisors, providing training and guidance, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide comprehensive training and coaching to advisors, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support the career development of advisors, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Lead quality assurance and performance monitoring activities, including call monitoring and quality checks, to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that our customers receive timely and effective support, including resolving issues and addressing complaints.
  • Work closely with HR and senior management to address and resolve employee issues, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Interview and recommend candidates for recruitment, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
  • Respond to escalated customer complaints and issues, providing a high level of service and support to resolve the issue and prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing and management role.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or management role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, advisors, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of advisors.
