Job Summary
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will lead the development and implementation of AI models that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers, to design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet business requirements. You will also collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of AI models that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet business requirements
- Work closely with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support AI model development and deployment
- Collaborate with data engineers to design, develop, and deploy data infrastructure to support AI model development and deployment
- Develop and maintain AI models using machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques
- Collaborate with software developers to develop and deploy AI models using cloud-based platforms and tools
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop AI models that meet those requirements
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
- At least 7 years of experience as a data or AI researcher (any title) with participation in advanced AI exercises (regression, clustering, and forecasting)
- Experience driving the development and execution of scientific and data science modeling arrangements using methods including data mining, AI or text mining
- Experience using numerical ideas, calculations, and computational complexity
- Experience collaborating with colleagues to bring business value to the organization
- Experience presenting findings and reports to partners
- Experience using Python, SQL, R, SAS, risk analysis, and data control
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's or Ph.D. degree in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
- At least 4 years of experience as a data or AI researcher (any title) with participation in advanced AI exercises (regression, clustering, and forecasting)
