Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate - Store Operations Specialist to join our team in Round Rock, TX. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing packages and mail, managing store operations, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities

* Receiving and processing packages for domestic and international shipping

  • Sorting and processing postal mail for mailbox customers
  • Printing and copying for quick prints and large print jobs
  • Managing a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Working with a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Exhibiting confidence in best practices related to the industry
  • Continuously eager to grow, learn, and train in areas such as:

+ Expertly packing and shipping items + Producing quality print products + Educating customers on products and services through upselling and cross-selling + Learning and utilizing technology such as Adobe CS suites, Microsoft Office products, Point of Sale, Counter Manifest System (CMS), and other tools on site

  • Greeting customers in a timely manner (5 seconds)
  • Creating an atmosphere that is fun and welcoming to customers and teammates

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience in a retail or operations environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point of sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the shipping and printing industry

  • Knowledge of Adobe CS suites, Microsoft Office products, and Point of Sale systems
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
