Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist at Fraud Fighters Law, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, including:

  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining secure employee files and records in compliance with federal and state requirements
  • Assisting in the development, auditing, and implementation of human resource policies and ensuring the employee handbook is acknowledged by all employees as updated
  • Administering, evaluating, and reviewing compensation and benefit plans
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conducting employee onboarding and helping organize training & development initiatives
  • Collecting weekly KPIs and developing and facilitating a quarterly performance management system built around KPIs
  • Guiding leadership through employee performance interventions, from verbal warnings to termination, using progressive discipline when appropriate
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Promoting proactive programs that create an efficient, healthy, and conflict-free workplace
  • Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in human resources and a proven track record of success in a wide variety of HR roles. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A BA or BS in business administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated record of success in a wide variety of HR roles suitable to build generalist capabilities; proven experience as an HR generalist is a plus
  • Understanding of human resource policies and procedures with a working knowledge of employment/labor laws and best practices; HR certifications through SHRM or HRCI is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35/hour and a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from home. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
