Job Summary

As a Fully Remote Entry-Level Client Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting existing and prospective clients within our organization. You'll work closely with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust to new situations quickly
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
