Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills, a solid understanding of property management practices, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. This role involves ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and managing administrative tasks related to real estate.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Property Manager & Airbnb Concierge, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing property maintenance and coordinating repairs with vendors and contractors.
  • Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Negotiating lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of property operations, including leases, contracts, and maintenance requests.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote available properties through upselling techniques.
  • Collaborating with legal administrative teams to ensure all documentation is compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Utilizing effective phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and potential clients.

Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience in handling contracts effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and property maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, real estate, hospitality).

  • 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Experience with property management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management.
  • Certification in property management (e.g., RMP, ARM).

Schedule and Availability

We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be available to work a regular schedule and be able to respond to tenant inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
