We are seeking an experienced and reliable Overnight Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for driving and transporting finished goods and raw materials between our production facilities and warehousing facilities. As an Overnight Driver, you will be responsible for:- Transporting finished goods and raw materials between production facilities and warehousing facilities
- Disconnecting trailers at destination
- Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as verifying load and seal numbers
- Maintaining DOT time log, Daily Certifications, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork as required
- Maintaining vehicle, product, and equipment to company standards
- Following and complying with all company SOPs and Safety Standards
- Scheduling may include evenings and weekends
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-3 years of general work experience (preferably in a transportation or logistics role)
- The ability to operate all types of industrial power trucks
- Familiarity with DOT regulations
- A valid Class A driver's license and a driving record within our MVR policy guidelines
- Haz Mat Certification
- A clean driving record
