Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
  • Technical aptitude with the capability to navigate multiple software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications
