Role Name: Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO & Google Ads Focus

Schedule:

• Part-time (20 hours per week), flexible schedule during client's business hours

• Client Timezone: PST

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy and implementation across WordPress-based websites with full backend access

• Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable results

• Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to provide strategic insights

• Transform analytics data into actionable recommendations that drive business decisions

• Optimize existing high-quality content by incorporating SEO best practices and relevant keywords

• Guide and educate the internal creative team on digital marketing strategies and best practices

• Monitor campaign performance and website analytics, providing regular reporting and insights

• Collaborate directly with agency leadership to align digital marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads campaign management, optimization, and strategy

• Advanced SEO knowledge with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and rankings

• Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for data analysis and reporting

• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS and backend optimization techniques

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights

• Self-motivated professional who can work independently and take initiative without extensive oversight

• Excellent communication skills to mentor and guide team members on digital marketing best practices

• Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO implementation

• Ability to work flexible hours and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
