This overlap creates a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional buy-sell relationships and instead build strategic, win-win partnerships that deliver stronger, long-term value. This role is pivotal in identifying and unlocking these synergies.

As Synergies Director, you will be a catalyst for unlocking and championing go-to-market and product synergies between Vonage and affiliated companies within the Ericsson group. In this role, you will define, develop, and execute initiatives that engage shared customers, suppliers, and partners—delivering measurable value for Vonage while amplifying the collective strengths of the Ericsson ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Vonage’s API sales and product teams, acting as a strategic liaison to Ericsson’s business and sales units, as well as key corporate functions such as sourcing and IT.

What you'll bring

Required

• 5+ years of experience at Ericsson, with deep knowledge of internal operations and cross-unit processes
• Well-established internal network and proven ability to build, influence, and sustain strong stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving impactful collaboration across business units
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Strong program management expertise, with the ability to design, lead, and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
