Focus Lab is a U.S.-based B2B branding agency with thoughtful, creative professionals, passionate about partnering with good companies. We love hearing from talented folks, and we often check in with applicants who’ve reached out to share what they’re interested in and what they could bring to our team. How do I introduce myself? Glad you asked. Think of this as an open job posting. Upload your resume and write us that cover letter (we love those) that lets us know why you'd make a great addition to the crew, as well as how you align with our values. Really take that moment to shine and tell us all about yourself. We'll also have a few questions to help get an idea of the types of roles/departments you'd be interested in. Oh, and definitely include a link to a portfolio if you have one. An ideal team member demonstrates:

It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a degree or exactly how many years of experience you have. Many of our teammates are self-taught. We're looking to see that you are a creative thinker and empathic communicator whose love of the craft goes beyond self-expression. What happens after you apply?
