Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
- Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
- Interacting with customers daily, providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
- Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to solve problems and improve customer satisfaction
You're Good At
* Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
- Communicating and engaging in friendly conversation with customers
- Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
- Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and objectives
- Coming up with creative solutions to problems and improving processes
- Thinking on your feet and adapting to changing situations
Great If You Have
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong track record of sales growth
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication skills
- Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and supportive team environment
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
