Post content to social media, learn how to grow really fast on socials and also how startups work. This role is a lot more about learning the ins and outs of startups. We have 100k+ users and have made videos with more than 6 million views. We'll show you how it's all done. • *Why you wouldn't want to do this:**

Time commitment is very low

Schedule is crazy flex. Nobody is hounding you. You can post whenever you want, wherever you want, it's not a strict 2-3 a day so you can post less when you're busy and more when you're less.

Across our accounts we've done 6M+ views. We'll show you how we do it. You'll learn very quickly how social video works and how the algos works (and how to drive growth to whatever you want to build in the future).

We'll have regular sessions with team members so you can ask any questions you have an learn about startups. • *About the role:**

What you'll do: You'll be posting 50 posts a month (2-3 posts a weekday), usually to both Insta and TikTok (usually it's the same post). You'll be making the posts, but most should only a couple of minutes to make and there are strategies to do it even faster. Most of them are based off of templates and structures we've already tested and know semi-work. They aren't TikTok dances that take time to learn or anything, mostly just recording a screen or making slide shows off a template. At least 4 (basically once a week) would be something you come up with based on your own creativity. They can also be simple and crazy fast but you can do whatever you want there. We internally do this right now and doing this usually takes us ~15 minutes a day, usually less if we are structured about it. Sometimes we'll send you a post to make on our behalf. This counts towards the quota too of course!

Learning About Startups and Growth Marketing: Every 1-2 months you'll have a sync call with the CEO to talk shop. We'll talk about video stuff, but we will also use this time to talk about anything you want. This can be anything you want to know about building startups. Professional advice, industry questions, or literally anything you want to know or want to have feedback on. This is your time.

Compensation: We pay $15 a month flat fee as a contractor but if any of the videos posted cracks 10k views, that gets bumped to $45. We realize this isn't much. We are super cash constrained still, but we hope we can offer you a lot of value in other ways through showing you how our industry works. Our entire team has been doing these types of things for awhile and built multiple sites that got serious traffic. • *Additional requirements:**

You must be 18+

Your parents must be cool with it (you need to be allowed to have social media to post to social media as well)

You need to have some familiarity with TikTok or Insta
