Video Editing: Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to create polished, professional content that aligns with our brand. Engaging Thumbnails and Titles: Design eye-catching thumbnails and craft compelling video titles that maximize click-through rates and engagement. SEO Optimization: Optimize videos with relevant tags, descriptions, and keywords to boost visibility and search rankings on YouTube. Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, respond to viewer inquiries, and actively engage with our online community to foster a loyal following. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze video performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools to track growth, viewership trends, and optimize future content strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, podcast hosts, and other content creators to align video content with overall marketing campaigns and podcast promotion.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a YouTube Content Creator, preferably in the podcasting or digital content industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve), graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva), and familiarity with YouTube Studio. Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to produce engaging content that captures and retains viewers' attention. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement. Knowledge of YouTube Algorithms: Understanding of YouTube’s algorithms, trends, and best practices to drive organic growth. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
