Content Marketing Specialist, Health -Remote

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and health-passionate Content Marketing Specialist to lead and execute engaging campaigns that educate and inspire audiences across digital platforms. This is a remote role suitable for someone with a strong grasp of the healthcare and wellness industries, content trends, and SEO strategy. As a Content Marketing Specialist focused on health content, you will be responsible for ideating, creating, and distributing high-value content across blogs, newsletters, social media, and educational campaigns. Your mission will be to drive audience growth, improve engagement, and support lead generation by aligning messaging with the latest health industry trends and user needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a content marketing strategy focused on health and wellness topics. - Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, guides, emails, and other long-form content with attention to SEO and brand voice. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure medical accuracy and regulatory compliance. - Conduct content audits and keyword research to identify growth opportunities. - Manage editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are consistently met. - Analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies. - Support campaigns with content tailored to different buyer personas and stages of the funnel. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or medical space. - Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and grammar. - Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), CMS platforms, and Google Analytics. - Understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical content best practices. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
