Principal Payment Product Management (Remote Jobs) - Partner Boarding
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Product Manager to lead our partner onboarding and payments product suite. This role is remote and ideal for candidates with deep experience in B2B payments, API product design, and financial onboarding workflows. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of product strategy, cross-functional execution, and platform innovation. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap for partner onboarding experiences and payments infrastructure. You’ll work closely with business development, engineering, compliance, and risk teams to streamline the partner integration journey, ensuring both regulatory compliance and exceptional user experience. This position plays a critical role in scaling our partner ecosystem and expanding our payment product capabilities across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product roadmap for partner onboarding and payment experience, aligning with business objectives and market needs. - Lead development of new onboarding flows, KYB/AML integration modules, and payout configuration systems. - Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and engineering to ensure platform adherence to regulatory standards. - Optimize the integration experience for third-party developers and fintech partners using APIs and SDKs. - Analyze partner lifecycle metrics and conduct user research to iterate on onboarding and payment workflows. - Serve as product owner for agile teams and ensure effective prioritization, scoping, and delivery. - Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate payout reconciliation, reporting, and exception handling. - Identify market trends in embedded finance and apply them to future product development initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - 7+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS platforms. - Proven track record of owning and launching large-scale platform products. - Deep knowledge of partner/KYB onboarding, payouts, payment orchestration, and financial compliance. - Familiarity with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS, SOC2, and global payment laws. - Experience working with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and API documentation tools. - Strong analytical mindset and experience using data tools like SQL, Looker, or Tableau. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
