Airline Customer Service Representative - Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

• * Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
• * Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, rebookings, and ticket modifications.
• * Provide information on airline policies, baggage rules, check-in procedures, and flight status updates.
• * Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• * Coordinate with airport and airline staff to ensure smooth operations for passengers.
• * Process refunds, vouchers, and travel credits when necessary.
• * Maintain accurate customer records and follow data protection guidelines.
• * Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
• * Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• * Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation platforms, and CRM software.
• * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• * Multilingual candidates are a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Mandarin).
• Experience
• * Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (airline or travel industry preferred).
• * Previous experience working remotely is an advantage.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week for part-time roles.
• * Full-time employees work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts.
