Job Title: SMB Account Executive - Revolutionize Public Transit with Data-Driven Solutions

Join Swiftly, the leading transit data platform, in our mission to help cities move more efficiently. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the public transit industry.

As an SMB Account Executive at Swiftly, you will be responsible for managing deals from start to finish for prospective and current customers in the public transit industry. You will own and drive all aspects of a deal, working closely with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to develop effective account strategies and deliver long-term value to our customers.

Our ideal candidate has a background in B2B/B2G SaaS sales or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of closing new logo opportunities and consistently hitting sales targets. You will receive training on our value-driven sales methodology, SPICED, and have access to a range of tools, including Salesforce, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a territory strategy to achieve quota targets
  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and email campaigns
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls to identify customer needs and deliver compelling platform demos
  • Guide government agencies through procurement processes and manage internal responses to public solicitations
  • Attend conferences and events to deepen industry knowledge and generate new sales opportunities
  • Forecast deals accurately and achieve revenue targets

About You:

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on B2B/B2G sales
  • Proven success in closing new logo opportunities and consistently hitting sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce, Outreach.io, and other sales tools
