We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Noda, a pioneering Open Banking payments platform. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and driving the success of our innovative payment solutions.

Job Summary: We're expanding our client support to a 24/7 format and seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work the night shift (00:00 - 09:00 GTM+3). As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch support to clients integrating with our platform, perform quality control and testing, maintain integration FAQs, and assist in the development of integration documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients during the integration process
• Conduct quality control and testing of integrations
• Maintain and update integration FAQs
• Support system operations and troubleshoot issues using logs
• Assist in the development of integration documentation

Requirements:

• Specialized technical education or relevant experience
• Knowledge of HTTP, client-server architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems using logs
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages (B2 level or higher)
• Familiarity with Postman, Kibana, Azure, and Microsoft .NET (advantageous)
