We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Lead to join our team at Walgreens India. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving success and delivering exceptional customer experiences during our night shift operations (7 PM to 5 AM). This is an exciting full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of ₹30k/month, based in Haryana, India.

Job Summary

We're looking for a talented individual with a strong and diverse skill set to lead our night shift team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing inventory, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also be expected to model and deliver exceptional customer service, engage with clients and patients, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, including managing inventory, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Model and deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with clients and patients, and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Assist with accounting activities, including cash handling, cash counts, and bill payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including ensuring the floor and stock room are prepared for the workday
• Provide training and support to colleagues, including mentoring and coaching on store procedures and customer service standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least one year of previous leadership, management, or retail key holder work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of store inventory control and management
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
