Microsoft Power Platform Applications Developer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to building Power BI reports and other web-based reports to drive business insights
• Work on internal financial and headcount systems to pull data, analyze, and build reporting using Power BI and other programs
• Provide complex analysis to influence, design, develop, and implement business process improvements using the Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint
• Create new or convert existing solutions within the Microsoft Power Suite, identifying trends, performing research, gathering requirements, and developing solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proficiency in SharePoint 2013 & SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Project, and Power BI
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with process automation and data analytics
• Strong business analyst skills, including advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Independent and critical thinking, decision-making, and strong written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to provide guidance and constructive feedback to less experienced staff and peers
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to build and work collaboratively within and across work teams
