Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and support to various production teams, ensuring seamless execution of recorded, live, and broadcast events
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, and manage engineering systems, including video capture and display technology, signal flow, and IP infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, attending conferences and workshops to ensure our systems and processes remain cutting-edge
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of our systems and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity across the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, or related discipline)
• Proven experience in engineering leadership, with a strong background in video production, post-production, and broadcast systems
• Expertise in various equipment, including Multidyne, AJA, Envision Switch, Barco E2, EVS, Christie and Dolby Projection, Clearcom Free Speak II, and RTS radio systems
• Strong understanding of content creation and post-production workflows, including knowledge of common recording and playback formats and standards
• Experience with HDR production, including S-Log3, HLG, and PQ workflows
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
