Senior Analyst, Risk Management and Insurance - Remote Opportunity in Clarksville, USA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Risk Management and Insurance team at 3M. As a Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and innovative team, making a significant impact on our organization's risk management and insurance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to inform insurance decisions and support risk management initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and regulatory teams, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage claims activities, including working with insurers, claims adjusters, and external counsel
• Evaluate risk financing strategies, including self-insurance and captive feasibility
• Oversee global clinical trials insurance program and ensure timely issuance of insurance certificates and auto ID cards
• Conduct data and risk analysis for programs, as needed
• Manage corporate insurance program for both renewals and new placements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (completed and verified prior to start date)
• At least 2 years of risk management experience, preferably with a global organization in a private, public, government, or military environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex data sets
• Applies critical thinking skills to understand and organize complex operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
