We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced ATM Installation Technician to join our team, responsible for organizing and executing new and existing gaming property installations, including systems, networks, software, and hardware setup.

Job Summary:

As an ATM Installation Technician, you will participate in on-site and remote installations, training, and follow-up service related to quality assurance. You will analyze Windows logs, SQL databases, and network diagnostic tools, leveraging critical thinking to resolve real-time issues. Your expertise will ensure seamless installations, configurations, and troubleshooting of gaming hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure gaming hardware (kiosks, edge devices, etc.) at various locations for new and existing customer accounts
• Proficiently install, configure, and troubleshoot external devices on Windows PCs
• Understand networks to ensure successful software installation and assist client IT teams in making configuration changes
• Perform on-site and remote product installations, updates, configurations, and troubleshooting for gaming products
• Provide on-site support for technical issues or malfunctions during installations
• Maintain detailed records of installations, configurations, trip reports, system updates, and more
• Assist clients with configuration changes, network security, and efficiency

Core Requirements:

• Ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures
• Thorough understanding of firewalls and troubleshooting issues
• Attention to detail in a high-paced environment
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills to recognize and escalate system issues

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in casino equipment servicing, including ATMs and financial services kiosks
• Working knowledge of cloud-based systems, SQL databases, and electronic payments in the gaming industry
• Ability to travel by car or airplane on short notice (up to 75% travel)
• Ability to secure and maintain gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs. and transport equipment throughout a casino
