We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Sales Recruiter to join our Revenue Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for sales and customer-facing departments, providing exceptional candidate care, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for sales and customer-facing roles
• Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with the recruiting team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and interviewers
• Proactively source and attract top talent through creative and innovative methods
• Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and internal Smartsheet events to promote our brand and attract candidates

Requirements:

• 1+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of hiring sales and customer-facing talent
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
