About the Role

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer skills and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and problem-solving
