Position Summary

We're looking for talented individuals to join our reservation staff, assisting Costco members with their vacation travel plans while focusing on first-call resolution. As a Reservation Agent, you will be an integral part of our team, sharing your knowledge and skills to drive the growth of Costco Travel.

Job Duties and Essential Functions

• Handle member calls in a friendly and efficient manner
• Use airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations
• Confirm reservations accurately and communicate member needs to other support departments
• Maintain regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location

Requirements and Qualifications

• Effective Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills
• Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service skills
• Typing Speed: Minimum of 30 words per minute
• Detail-Oriented Approach: Detail-oriented approach to work
• Recommended Qualifications: Sales experience, travel industry experience, call center experience, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer skills
