We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager, Ad Sales to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Sales organization, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our advertiser and agency partners. Your expertise will help drive revenue growth, client satisfaction, and business expansion in existing markets and beyond.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Manager, Ad Sales, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients and partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building deep client relationships to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, fielding requests and questions, and interacting directly with clients throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle
  • Developing and executing RFP responses and media planning strategies across all buying channels
  • Participating in client meetings to deepen relationships and drive high-value client engagement, including campaign prep, launch, optimization, and wrap-ups
  • Partnering with cross-functional internal organizations to structure campaigns and deliver desired outcomes
  • Leading all aspects of campaign setup, launch, and activation processes, including creative production management, spec review, asset collection, and ensuring accurate creative trafficking
  • Monitoring campaign pacing, delivery, and performance reporting, and optimizing media plans to meet client objectives
  • Leveraging campaign reporting and insights to identify, pitch, and close incremental and expansion opportunities to grow the business
  • Serving as the product authority, educating clients and their agencies on arenaflex's new and existing products, and advising on standard processes and tailored campaign optimizations
  • Reviewing, interpreting, and presenting data, including brand measurement studies, to provide comprehensive campaign insights, recommendations, and findings
  • Owning post-campaign analysis, takeaways, and recommendations to drive repeat business
  • Collaborating cross-functionally on initial billing and revisions to ensure accurate and timely invoices
  • Adhering to internal standard methodology guidelines, processes, and operating cadences

Who You Are

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for digital media, sales, and customer success. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, planning, and/or buying
  • Strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the digital media industry
  • A strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the advertising ecosystem
  • A reputation for providing outstanding customer service
  • The ability to translate client requests into recommendations that meet business objectives and deliver desired outcomes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent dexterity in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tech systems
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written

Where You'll Be

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and we offer the flexibility to work where you work best. You'll be required to attend in-person meetings 2-3 times per week.
