Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating empathy and care, and resolving potential issues.
• Deliver a warm and friendly greeting, maintain customer engagement, and offer assistance with finding products.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, processing inventory, and updating pricing information.
• Support opening and closing store activities, as needed.
• Provide customer care across all departments, including pharmacy and beauty.
• Assist pharmacy staff, as required, and participate in opportunities for growth and career development.
• Promote and uphold new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous retail or customer care experience (preferred)
• Physical demands:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lifting and applying up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently
  • Visual acuity to perform tasks, such as reading and visual inspection
