Customer Service Representative - Overnight (Remote Illinois) - CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy

Job Summary:

Join CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy as a Customer Service Representative and make a difference in the lives of our specialty patients who rely on life-sustaining medications. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you will work in our overnight call center, responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. Responsibilities:

* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Handle a high volume of calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries * Utilize strong computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy operations to efficiently resolve patient issues

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment * 6+ months of experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Schedule:

* Monday - Sunday: 9:00 PM EST - 9:00 AM EST (8-hour shift, 5 days a week)
