Position Overview: Solar Guru is seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Virtual Call Center Representatives to join our remote sales and support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers interested in solar energy solutions. Your mission will be to educate, qualify, and schedule appointments for our solar consultants. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads using a provided call list and CRM system
• Answer inbound inquiries and respond to customer questions with professionalism and clarity
• Qualify leads based on location, property ownership, and energy usage
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our services
• Set and confirm appointments for solar consultations with our sales team
• Accurately update customer interactions and lead details in the CRM
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment-setting targets
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1+ year of call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong persuasion and active listening skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM software, call tools, and remote platforms
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
