Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in network transformation and maintenance.

- Perform troubleshooting and configuration changes in a 24x7 operations environment.

- Evaluate network coverage and make recommendations for improvements.

- Conduct triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.

- Generate and update problem-tracking tickets and improve business practices.

- Escalate issues to appropriate internal/external engineering teams for resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or two or more years of relevant work experience.

- Three or more years of relevant work experience in a network operations role.

- Valid driver's license.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
Nice-to-haves
- Technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.

- Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies like Telephony Switching, Data Communications, and Network Routers.

- Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations.
