We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and revenue as our Director of Sales, Category Lead. This remote position offers a competitive salary, immediate start, and the opportunity to join a dynamic team at Lowe's.

As a Director of Sales, Category Lead, you'll play a critical role in accelerating the growth of our advertising sales team. You'll leverage your expertise in digital and programmatic sales to drive revenue through strategic partnerships, account growth, and exceptional client service.

Your Impact

The Director of Sales, Category Lead will be responsible for:

  • Driving advertising sales growth through strategic plans, partnerships, and new business opportunities
  • Building category and client account plans that understand client needs and leverage data analysis to deliver actionable recommendations
  • Partnering with the Lowe's Merchant organization to drive overall client sales and engagement
  • Crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations to secure business
  • Providing pipeline analysis and tracking sales opportunities against quarterly and annual goals
  • Becoming a knowledgeable partner and advocate for Lowe's Advertising solutions
  • Managing accounts from pre-sale pipeline through post-sale analysis
  • Educating advertisers on performance metrics and insights to drive greater results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business
  • 9+ years of progressive experience in omni-channel advertising sales, digital advertising, and experiential marketing
  • 3+ years of experience with programmatic strategies and data sales
  • 2+ years of sales team management experience, including financial tracking and team goal setting
  • Strong financial rigor and ability to exceed revenue goals
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, advertising and marketing trends, and the technology & agency landscape
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)

Pay Range: $133,400.00 - $222,500.00 annually
