Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CTO and CISO to establish the company's internal IT vision and manage infrastructure resources.
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class Cloud IT infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and adaptable to evolving technology and threats.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and meet functional objectives.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and control infrastructure costs to improve the bottom-line of the organization.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Work with the InfoSec team to ensure a secure IT infrastructure and achieve necessary compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify technology needs and provide solutions to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and evaluate their potential impact on the company.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in an IT department with a strong strategic thinking and ability to align IT objectives to overall business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, networks, and emerging technologies.
- Experience leading complex IT projects, including rolling out new IT platforms.
- Familiarity with common SaaS apps and a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Prior experience working in organizations with compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA) requirements.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a growth-stage company.
