We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of the Adecco Group, the world's leading HR Solutions provider. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a vital role in managing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients.

About the Role

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to work with premier clients, from small businesses to Global Fortune 500 companies, and make matches that drive business results. You will be responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting, including interviewing candidates, identifying new clients, and managing existing relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience
• A high level of adaptability and a collaborative mindset
• Technical savvy and a passion for learning and implementing new technology
• A driven and competitive spirit, with a winning mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a remote-based or hybrid model work environment
